TFBx is committed to delivering every research product with integrity and reliability. All fulfillment is handled through our FDA‑registered warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring controlled conditions and verified chain‑of‑custody for all shipments.

Shipping and Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Domestic shipments arrive within 3–5 business days, while international delivery times vary by region and customs. Temperature‑controlled packaging is used as required to maintain compound stability.

Order Tracking

Customers receive a tracking link once orders ship. Tracking data may take 24 hours to populate.

Returns

Because research materials require strict quality preservation, TFBx cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@trueformbio.com within 7 days for evaluation and replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for unopened items returned within 14 days of receipt and verified by Quality Control. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5‑7 business days.

All TFBx products are clearly labeled “For Research Use Only – Not for Human Consumption.” TFBx accepts no liability for misuse or improper storage after delivery.
