The Neuro-Longevity Research Kit combines Epithalon (10mg), FOXO4-DRI (10mg), and NAD⁺ (500mg) — addressing three distinct mechanisms at the cellular aging-neural function interface: telomerase activation and replicative aging (Epithalon), senescent cell clearance (FOXO4-DRI), and NAD⁺-dependent sirtuin/PARP activity (NAD⁺).

Kit Components

  • Epithalon (10mg): Tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) activating telomerase (hTERT) in somatic cell models. Also modulates melatonin synthesis and circadian gene programs. Studied extensively in Khavinson’s biogerontology research program.
  • FOXO4-DRI (10mg): D-amino acid retro-inverso senolytic peptide that disrupts FOXO4-p53 interaction, releasing p53 to activate mitochondrial apoptosis selectively in senescent cells. The primary peptide-based senolytic tool compound.
  • NAD⁺ (500mg): Sirtuin substrate and PARP cofactor. Declining with age. Required for SIRT1-driven deacetylation that regulates gene expression, mitochondrial biogenesis, and DNA repair in longevity research.
