Description

Hexarelin Acetate (His-D-2-MeTrp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂) is a synthetic hexapeptide GH secretagogue and potent agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a). Developed in the 1990s during the search for small peptide GH secretagogues, Hexarelin is among the most potent GHSR agonists identified, with significantly higher GH-releasing potency than GHRP-6 or Ipamorelin on a molar basis.
